What we collect and why
When you pay a dump fee at our facility, you may provide your mobile phone number during checkout for one purpose: to receive a one-time gate access code by text message (SMS) so you can enter the facility.
No sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are used only to deliver your gate access code and for related customer support and billing records. We do not sell mobile numbers.
Message frequency
This is a transactional program: one (1) message per completed transaction. We do not send recurring, promotional, or marketing messages through this program.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future texts. Reply HELP for assistance. Note that opting out may require an alternative method of receiving your gate access code; call our scale house at (719) 400-1997 for assistance.
Data retention
Transaction records, including the phone number associated with a payment, are retained for billing, reconciliation, and site-security purposes consistent with our business records practices and applicable law.
